About these terms

These terms govern purchases from and use of the OxyRide Supply online store. Please read them together with our Return and refund policy, Shipping policy, and Privacy policy. Questions can be sent to oxyridesupply@gmail.com.

Orders and account information

Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or purchase with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Keep account credentials secure. Do not use this website for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious code, or interference with other customers.

Prices, available variants, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout. Products are subject to availability. If a listing error or fulfillment issue affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not substitute a different product or increase the agreed price without your consent. If an order cannot be fulfilled and is cancelled, amounts paid for the cancelled items will be refunded as required by law.

Fitment and safe use

A product appearing in a bike collection does not mean that every variant fits every model or year. Confirm the manufacturer’s specifications, selected variant, dimensions, electrical requirements, and compatibility with any modifications before buying or installing. Contact Support if you are unsure. A product marketed for off-road use is not a representation that it is legal for public-road use.

Brakes, wheels, throttles, electrical components, and other riding equipment can affect vehicle safety. Follow the manufacturer’s installation, inspection, torque, maintenance, and use instructions. Have safety-critical parts installed and checked by a qualified technician. Do not ride with damaged, incorrectly installed, or incompatible parts. Follow applicable riding laws and use appropriate protective equipment.

Returns, warranties, and responsibility

All sales are final for change-of-mind returns, subject to our Return and refund policy and rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any manufacturer’s written warranty applies according to its own terms; a warranty is not promised unless stated for that product. We do not exclude statutory warranties or remedies where the law does not allow us to do so.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OxyRide Supply is not responsible for loss caused by a customer’s misuse, unsafe modification, or failure to follow installation and safety instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or excuses us from supplying products as agreed.

Suppliers, brands, and website content

Some products are shipped by third-party suppliers, including through Shopify Collective. Contact OxyRide Supply for assistance with your order. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products or compatibility. No endorsement is implied unless expressly stated. Website content may not be copied or used unlawfully.

Privacy, changes, and support

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms for future use and purchases; changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing order. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. Contact us through Support or oxyridesupply@gmail.com.
